Sean Chandler was born on May 9, 1971, and educated in Oklahoma City. His first novel, Ebony Marshal, appeared in 2004 to excellent reviews and immediately was recognized as establishing a profound and permanent new voice in the American West. With an enduring love for the western genre, Mr. Chandler took it upon himself to begin publishing stories about African-American cowboys, outlaws, and heroes with the creation of his own publishing company, Branded Black Publishing.
Mr. Chandler aspires to bring fresh, unique works to the general public through his works and the works of upcoming authors published through his company.
Mr. Chandler lives in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with his beautiful wife and five beautiful children.
